Dr. Zakiya Al-Azri is currently working at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) as a New Technology Advisor in Low carbon fuels (mainly Hydrogen Development Projects). Formerly, she worked as a corporate research and development advisor in PDO focused on managing several oil and gas research projects and as a visiting consultant at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU). Due to her research focus area and achievements, Dr. Zakiya has been Nominated as a “Young Scientist” to represent the Sultanate of Oman at the 71st edition of Lindau Nobel Laureates Meetings in 2022. Dr. Zakiya is an influential public speaker contributed to the knowledge transfer in Hydrogen future trends, markets, new technologies and research focus throughout many conferences and prestigious events.
