Hafiz Zahid Javaid is an Inspection Advisor in Asset Integrity Management Department of Petro
Rabigh. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Technology, API-510, API-570, API-653, API-
580, API-571, API-577, API-936, API-1169, and ASNT Certifications with 17 years in the Fertilizer,
Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas Industries. Experienced to ensure the reliability and integrity of
pressurized process equipments by preparing, implementing, and monitoring a structured Inspection
program based on In-house Procedures, Best Practices, and International Standards (e.g.
API/ASME/NACE). Well-versed in developing Onstream & Off stream Inspection Plans (Time,
Condition & Risk Based), Corrosion & Damage Assessment, RCA, FA, FFS, Repair Plans, QA/QC,
Shutdown/Turnaround Planning, and latest Inspection Strategies/Technologies driving Operational
Excellence and Asset Reliability.
