Speaker Bio
Dr. Jamal Nayfeh serves as the Dean of the College of Engineering at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd
University, where he is a distinguished professor and a recognized expert in mechanical engineering.
With a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, he has published over 200 scholarly works and guided 30 M.S. and
Ph.D. students to success. Dr. Nayfeh has led numerous international conferences and actively
participates on professional committees. As a reviewer for top-tier journals and a consultant to major
energy and manufacturing industries, his research focuses on interdisciplinary design, modeling,
analysis, manufacturing, and AI applications, driving global engineering innovation. He is a proud
member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, ASME, SAE, and SPE, contributing to
advancements through teaching, research, and professional service.
