Srinivasa Rao Venkata Siva Atukuri is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 36 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, specializing in refinery maintenance, project management, and turnaround activities. He holds a first-class B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University and is a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9000 quality systems by the British Standards Institute. He is also a team member in initiatives such as Shell Global MERIT for reliability improvement. Currently serving as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at ENOC Processing Company LLC, Srinivasa has previously held senior roles at EPCL, KNPC Shuaiba Refinery, and HPCL. His extensive portfolio includes the successful execution of large-scale projects like the Visakh Refinery Clean Fuel Project and major turnarounds in complex units like FCCUs, CDUs, and hydrogen plants. Notable accomplishments include managing the reconstruction of refinery facilities worth $12 million and receiving multiple commendations for setting global benchmarks in turnaround execution.
