Engineer Ali Hamid Mousa, Petro Rabigh Maintenance General Manager, Graduated from the Universityof Alabama, USA, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Mousa has more than 27 yearsof Experience in Saudi Aramco, in which throughout his journey, he worked in various locations, handleddifferent roles with a focus on the Maintenance in the Oil & Gas Field and specially Refineries &Petrochemicals. With his wealth of of experience, Mr. Mousa has led several Special Tasks ForcesTeams in the field of Maintenance including the Creation & Development of Jazzan ComplexMaintenance Department. In addition, he had led several Technical Health Assessments for MaintenanceOrganizations, for both domestic & international affiliates. Furthermore, he contributed to thedevelopment of the Maintenance Excellence Management System “MEMS” along with theimplementation of the Maintenance Shared Services Concept. In addition to Mr. Mousa Leadership roles,he has a practical experience in the Technical Support as well as Project Execution. During his carrier,Mr. Mousa has also led several initiatives such as Improvement of Maintenance Performance,Maintenance Manning Optimization Studies, Behavior Programs and Maintenance KPIs Improvement
